Recently, McLeod Plantation opened to the public under the Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission. This was my first time visiting the location on James Island and it was perfectly beautiful and serene! These little kids were the perfect first subjects – and dressed in their finest heirloom outfits.

Little guy was actually happy the whole time except this once when he dropped his rock 😉  It’s actually one of my favorite pictures.
