Washington DC Newborn Photographer- I have been dying to share this in-home lifestyle newborn session on the blog! 

I first met this wonderful family back in the Spring of 2021 for a cherry blossom session. They recently welcomed baby number two, their beautiful baby girl, and moved into their stunning home. 

It was an incredible experience for me to be able to photograph this family in their one-of-a-kind home! There was unbelievable natural light flooding through the house, and it added to the atmosphere among the unique architecture. I was in love with those industrial-style windows! It truly was one of the most gorgeous homes I have ever been able to work in. 

I took the opportunity of this exceptional space and shot some of the photos on film. Shooting on film cameras is amazing for capturing some finer details that can sometimes be lost on digital cameras. With a lifestyle session like this, you want to get as many natural moments as possible! 

This family moved so naturally around the home with me, resulting in some priceless captured moments. It was so much fun going from room to gorgeous room. The nursery was natural and light, a lovely and welcoming space for their baby girl.
