Northern Virginia Milestone Photography- This lovely family missed newborn portraits, so they booked a milestone session when their little one was ten months! There truly is never a bad time for your baby’s first portraits. 

Their session actually is from last summer, but when I was looking through my galleries I knew I wanted to share it! I love that we used both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the studio- it really feels like two sessions in one! Ten months is an amazing age of curiosity and new movements, and this little girl was so playful and sweet. 

Mom got her hair and makeup professionally done and looked stunning. We used pieces from the studio wardrobe to style both mom and baby. I loved mom’s tiered floral dress and baby’s simple white outfits. Such a beautiful family! 

They ordered a gorgeous heirloom photo album with their favorites from the session. Albums are an incredible way to ensure long-lasting, tangible memories to look at again and again over the years.
