Northern Virginia Maternity Photographer- Studio sessions are my favorite, especially when clients want to use both the indoor and outdoor spaces! I adore this sweet family and will be seeing a lot of them this year since they signed up for my First Year Collective. 

I recommend my collective photography package because it ultimately saves so much time and takes any extra stress off of your plate. We plan our sessions in advance, so the entire first year of your little one’s life we are guaranteed to capture all the best milestones. Maternity, newborn, six months and one year! There are so many moments and memories to be cherished in that time.

Mom is looking stunning in the pieces she chose from my studio wardrobe. Another fun detail about this session? I was so excited to use a hand-painted canvas backdrop I made myself for the first time. Its neutral colors went beautifully with the styling of the session. I also decided to use my Canon 1v film body to capture some magical Ilford HP5 black and white images. Film always has a unique quality that you really cannot replicate, so I love to incorporate it where I can.
